Scope of businessInformation and agency services for property located in Australia, under our Queensland licence.
We do not currently broker property located in Japan. We plan to offer Japanese property in future in partnership with a licensed Japanese real estate agency (宅地建物取引業者).
PriceAs shown on each property page, or in an individual quotation or contract (property prices shown in AUD or JPY).
Additional chargesStamp duty, FIRB application fees, conveyancing and registration costs, loan-related costs, international transfer fees and currency losses. Details are provided individually.
Payment methodBank transfer (including international transfer), as set out in the contract.
Payment timingBy the dates set out in the contract (deposit, balance, etc.).
DeliveryConsulting: on the schedule agreed after engagement.
Property: on the settlement date set out in the contract of sale.
Seminars & eventsGenerally free. Any fee is shown on the event page.
Cancellation & refundsDue to the nature of the services, fees are not refundable once services have commenced. Termination or cooling-off rights for property purchases follow the law where the property is located (e.g. Queensland) and the contract of sale.

取消與退款基於服務性質，服務開始後恕不退款。不動產買賣契約之解除或冷靜期，依物件所在地法令（例如昆士蘭州法）及買賣契約約定辦理。
